I work almost 15-16 hours a day so you can imagine less then 8 hours of sleep for me and sometime even less. Sometime back I was looking at my year back pictures and that was the time when I use to sleep like at least 8 hours of sleep. The striking part was that my hair looked healthy and shiny and in one of the video on the beach I can clearly see the deference.
So my question is if there is any proven effect of less sleep and hair loss?
